The cost of consulting services depends on the complexity of the project and the scope of engagement. Since every company has different needs and budget capacities, I offer several collaboration models: from educational and project-based to operational and retainers. A detailed overview of each model, including what it covers and the value it provides, is available in the document “Engagement Models.”

Depending on your needs, we can agree on:

  • a project package with clearly defined goals and deliverables,
  • an hourly rate for shorter or more specific engagements,
  • or ongoing support through a monthly consulting agreement.

 

During a free 30-minute introductory consultation, we will assess your needs together and choose the model that delivers the greatest value for your context and budget.

Project duration depends on the complexity of your challenges:

  • Shorter projects (analyzing a single process): 2–3 weeks
  • More extensive projects (changes or design): up to 3 months

I always define clear deadlines and an activity roadmap to ensure transparency and efficiency.
