Behind HR & BIZ Studio is me, Andrea Čerina—an HR expert with nearly 20 years of experience, bridging two key aspects of my professional career: human resources and business management.

My international education—a degree in Economics from Zagreb and EU Law & Policies from Parma—is combined with extensive experience working in two distinct business ecosystems: from global corporations like Microsoft to agile Croatian and international startups.

This diversity has given me a broad business perspective and the ability to develop a flexible approach tailored to the unique needs of each organization.

In mid-2024, I founded HR & BIZ Studio with a clear mission: to provide strategic HR support to ambitious companies looking to go beyond standard HR solutions. I don’t offer theories—I deliver concrete, measurable results that directly impact your business success.
